What is a Zanussi washer/dryder error code E73?

No water came in to machine. Cleaned out the filter (fair bit of water came out) - checked the X thing in there rotates - put it on to Mini30 wash and water came in. Just gone back to look at how its doing and watched go from 6mins remaining down to 2mins remaining and nothing happened during that time. No rotation or movement of water.
Held two buttons down - seven red flashes and then 3 green. Panel says E73. Have turned it off now.
