ferolli f24b heating and water problems ?

hi i have a ferrolli f24b boiler which seems to have developed a problem with the hot water.when hot water is switched on its gets hot then switches to cold if the hot water is switched off it then triggers the central heating for about 1 min then flashers the heating standby led thanks for any assistance you can give
