mini moto rizla starting problem?

i got a mini moto rizla.it has not been used for a week and now it starts but it takes too many pulls to start the engine.i put fresh fuel in the tank.is it because of the engine getting cold over night and needs warming up.it used too work before when i rode it a week a go.
