fisher and paykel dw920 washing cycle not starting?
My machine takes water in and drains the water out, but the washing cycle does not run, can this be because the element is not working and the temperature sensor does not allow the washing cycle to start? Or is the washing pump gone?
Thanx mate, One new capacitor and my wife thinks that I'm a genius.

No nothing to do with temperature or heating sensors. Most likely the start capacitor needs replacing. Motor will not start but just sit and hum if the capacitor is faulty. Take lower panel below door off after unplugging machine from power. Look inside on right side near the front for capacitor which is round & white with two wires attached. Replace it and try machine again.
