Mend Goodmans LD3765D TV Flashing

My Goodmans LD3765D TV screen is flashing red, blue and green??

My goodmans LD3765D TV screen keeps flashing red, blue and green and I am not able to get a picture at all because of this (no matter what button I press!).......how do I mend this????....is there a code that I enter on the remote or something???
