Mend Samsung Tocco Ultra Water Dry Week

how con i fix my water damaged mobile phone, samsung tocco ultra?

Its dry now after a week of messing around but it was dropped in the toilet its a samsung tocco ultra the red/pink 1 with the 8meg camera, everytime i turn it on it just turns itself off after a min or so, it seems to work fine apart from it turning itself off all the time
