My Mondeo is leaking oil, drivers side in line with wheel, the wishbone is covered in oil and other components, oil filter has oil on it but dont know if its leaking, where else can the fault be also how can you get to the filter easily?
Any ideas please.

Thanks Roco for info, have renewed filter and looks like its done the job, there have been a couple of spots on road but I think theres oil still lurking in and around crevices where I cant get to, thanks again mate!

possibly old filter corroded and pourous may not be but,best steam clean first or get oil and filter done and inspect condition of filter.filter replacement will drop oil on wishbone anyhow so best to change filter and sump plug anyhow.Not to hard to acces the filter if underneath,but will be dirty job if already covered.Good luck bud.
