how can i fix LG condensing dryer TD-C70045E empty water light?

our dryer works perfectly for 10 min then the empty water light comes on even though it is not full, you can then start it again and it will only go for about 5 mins before the same sign stops it, i have checked it is level and been to the back to the drain hose and blown up that in both directions but still have the same problem, any ideas please
