Mend Paragon Plus House Light Fault

how can i fix my alarm system?

After a fuse blew in the house the alarm a Paragon plus is now showing a red light next to fault, the last time this happened it was a fuse in the alarm but thats been changed. The supply and day buttons both have the gren lights as normal. does anyone have any suggestion please.
