starter button dont work?

I hate people like you. You make me never want to visit this site and give answers.I have given many answers in the past and now I don't want to,because of people like YOU. You are asking for help and you can't be bothered to give the least amount of info - "starter dont work" , WTF is it??? starter for what??? How can you possibly expect help? You have access to a computer for god's sake and you can't be arsed giving more info. I hate people like you.
