how to remove the pullstart pbc3020 strimmer?

still need help cannot get the pullstart cover off the machine the silver driveshaft piece infront of this cover---what holds this in place tried allen keys/screwdrivers down the shaft but nothing seems to fit the only thing left is a torx key but mine are to fat to fit into shaft
