Mend Whirlpool DU1145 Clean Light Work

How can I fix my whirlpool diswasher? Model: DU1145, XTPQ6, FS3905714?

My whirlpool diswasher is blinking the clean light and will not work?
I have heard there is a code you can get to reset the computer in it, when I called Whirlpool they said they could not give me the code. I needed to call a service person near me. Tried that, they just want to come out to the house can charge me.
