Mend GE JVM1740 Ge Keypad Short

Which part to buy for ge jvm1740 keypad short?

The hairdryer trick works but doing it everyday is becoming a chore. My ge jvm1740 says keyboard shorted repair needed (not the F3 error msg everyone else gets) and beeps and stops working. There is not part called touch panel. Do I replace the control panel assy or the smartboard???
