heater resistor location?

I have a 2004 xsara HDi, with air con.
My heater/blower is tuck on full.
I have removed the blower motor
located in the passenger footwell, and
see the two transistors. Does anyone have any idea how to remove the impeller from the motor?
I am gonna change the transistors, but can't seem to find the resistors i have read about.
Are they located with these two transistors, or somewhere else?
