bad floor under toilet?

is it not just the floor or flooring thats rotten. Urine acts as an acid and will burn and stain. in the real world when a man stands to pee he will miss the pan once or twice over time this will start to smell. If this is the case then i would remove the pan by unscrewing it from the floor lift it out the pipe checking seales are still ok romove the ofending Floor covering and check the sub floor. If sub floors wooden you may need to replace the area. if its concreate then give it a good scrub. let it dry replace the pan new floorcovering could be fitted inplace before fitting pan back save cutting around depending on the limit of the flanges and pipes as you need to make shure this is not leaking.

Have some one check the wax ring or what ever kind of flang ,to toilet seal ,you use over there .The seal is there to stop sewer gas from come out and water but your lines may be clear so there is no backing up ,just gases escaping
