Is the problem with my Mira Elite shower or water supply?

My Mira Elite stopped working, after leaving it for a week, it worked again on the lowest power for a few minutes but when we tried to turn it up to medium power, the low flow light came on and the water cut off. Does anyone please know if the fault would be with the shower itself or our water supply? Thanks
