faulty renault megane windows?

I have a 07 cabroliet and the o.s.f. window motor/ regulator burnt out and nearly put the car on fire. last year the rear o.s did the same. Renault went and replaced the loom but I had to pay 25%. Has anyone had that problem and did they get any satisfaction from Renault? get in touch with watch dog
