F & P Pride washing machine will not complete cycle ?
Machine will not complete cycle unless water level is set to low. When set to medium it will stop after washing (or maybe rinsing) and show lights 3, 6, 8. and be squeeking. Bowl is empty. When restarted with water level is set to low, it will pump out a little water then complete the cycle. I have had the bowl out and checked the pump and it can freely rotate.
Sounds like it is draining too slowly. Should be a strong flow of water from hose when pump runs. Does the pump sound like it is running slow? If so it could be a faulty pump or a faulty control board. Have seen one or two before where control board did not supply the full 230 volt power, only 190 V which would make the pump run slow & over heat.
