Mend Gainsborough 9.5 Kw Heating Water Cold

Gainsborough shower not heating water?

My Gainsborough 9.5 Kw shower is not heating the water,The power is getting to the shower and plenty water but is cold even at hottest setting, Shower is 6 year old.
Any one able to addvise on what the problem is.
