How Do you fix the starter cord if it gets tangled ?
My starter cord wouldn't retract so i have tried to mend this & appear to have made it worse - can anybody tell me if it is possible to remove the cover in order to de-tangle the pull rope - also what is the function of the metal band that appears to run round inside the ropes recoil ?
