Hi, I have the same problem. I think it just needs a new washer, just like a leaking tap. However I have tried to take it apart but can only get to the outter cover which requires a large spanner. Having seen a diagramme of the shower it looks like a service pack is needed. Have you had any luck yet? I will let you know if I succeed.
