Mira Go shower heat regulation?

Our landlord has recently supplied a Mira Go 8.5 kw shower (professionally fitted), but we are finding it impossible to regulate. Despite the number of points on the dial, it is either cold or too hot on the high setting. If it is put to Eco, the hottest position is not warm enough for comfort.

Any ideas, please?
