Mend Pro-Form 545s Treadmill Display Incline

Pro-Form 545s Display panel lightsup but the Treadmill will not run?

My Pro-Form 545s Treadmill shows the display lights on the display board. All show zero. The treadmill is in an incline position. None of the buttons work and the treadmill does not run. The only thing that will change is from the Manual mode to the CD mode. I have checked the reed and connections.
