Mend Pifco 4850 Cooker Help Crack

pifco slow cooker 4850?

Can anyone help?!! I have just noticed a pretty bad crack through the cooking pot of my ancient but FANTASTIC Pifco slow cooker which means that it will probably now leak.... does anyone have a spare replacement pot I could buy or know where to get a spare-I'm missing it already...Thanks Lucy
