How can i fix my Parlux 3000 hairdryer ?

my parlux 3000 hairdryer is not as powerful as it used to be, when i use it on the maximum speed at a medium heat the force of the air coming out is more like it is at the lowest speed. Also sometimes there is a slight burning smell. Can this be fixed?
