Mend Hotpoint CTD40 Tumble Dryer No Power Repair

Hotpoint CTD40 no power?

i have the same problem- no power. How do you remove the right hand panel? I have removed the screws from the back and the panel becomes loose but it seems to be fixed at the front top by a screw which i cannot get to as i can't remove the top cover.
