Mend Mountfield 16 inch

how can i get the blade off by mountfield if siezed?

I have a 16 inch Mountfield and the blade is needing changed.The bolt is siezed and the edges off the bolt now sheared. Is it anti-clickwise to come off? Can I heat it ?Tried WD40 etc and adjustable wrench etcHelp?

Sometimes the only way to get them off is with an impact gun. If the blade spins clockwise to cut the thread is a standard right hand thread.
