Vauxhall Zafira dashboard Istruments not working?

Can anyone help? vaxhall zafira 2000 (W Reg). the horn first went, then the following day all dashboard instruments stopped working? I have check all fuses, but all are still good? Can anyone highlight what is wrong and the process to fix it?
