Sigma SG30 Alarm problem?

Hi, I have a Sigma SG30 Alarm with the number input panel. The problem I have got is the car has been garaged for 2 years and the battery has gone flat, I've recharged the battery but having problems with the alarm and need to re-program the keyfobs. When I bought the car I didn't get the 4 digit code to input, I have looed all over the internet for an overide code and did come across one with * and # but my code panel doesn't have these symbols.

Anyone got ideas because it is doing my head in.
