how can i stop my samsung galaxy battery from going flat ?

my samsung galaxy when i turn it on by the end of the day the battery is flat and i have not used the phone

there is a power saver setting on it , and the screensavers can run it down fast, i have one , and power last for 2 or more days, try knocking off wifi/ bluetooth/ gps, untill you need then, look up power saveing on utube on this model,, might help.

Doesn't that tell you something, like, err, perhaps it needs a new battery, they don't last forever you know!
