How can I fix my Renault Scenic instrument panel?

I have an 01 1.6 renault scenic auto.The whole of the instruments in the dash when the car is first started move all over the place after a few miles it's totaly all ok and everything goes back to normal and it dose not affect driving etc, it has been like this since I owned it and it has'nt really bothered me, but I am now trying to sell it and although the car is in very good condition this problem has put of potential buyers. Has anyone else come across this problem or know how to fix it please.
