Mend Run Dry Work

i run my moped dry and now it wont work ?

I forgot to fill up with petrol and accidently run it dry and now after filling it up it will not run properly does anybody know anything that will help me get it running again.

drain the carb, i would guess that some muck or water from the bottom of the fuel tank may have got through and blocked the jet or jets, when you run really low sediment from the very bottom of fuel tanks can be drawn into the fuel lines & carb. good luck.
