Mend Diplomat Timer Hours Time

how can I fix my timer?

trying to change the clock by one hour it is showing an A (not flashing)time in hours then a flame symbol then time in minutes.Have tried all the ideas suggested before but think I am getting back to the timer as it only goes up to 10.00. The cooker is a diplomat no serial number shown. Please help asap as I am starving
