samsung 46 lcd thin lines down the left hand side of the screen?

i have a samsung 46 lcd and its got thin lines down the left hand side of the screen red and blue but if i have got a black back ground you can not see them any help with a fix would be helpfull i have got a full set of spare boards for it tryed them but still the same ?
