Mend LG TDC70045E Power Fitted Ago

lg tdc70045e - Hum Judder when power on?

I have an LG TDC70045E. I fitted a new capcitor some years ago this fault is entirely different. I have taken off the side panel, lid and rear cover.

Basically when the power is switched on at the plug the dryer hums and very slowly revolves the drum. For obvious reason I will not allow this process to happen for too long in case of burn out.

Can anybody help?
