Mend Samsung LE40r73BDRX/XEU TV Freeview

How can I get HD channels on my Samsung LE40r738 TV?

We bought a Samsung TV LE40r73BDRX/XEU a few years ago that we were told was HD ready and had HD freeview inbuilt. We also had an HD aerial fitted so that we were ready to watch HD free channels when they came on board. Despite manual searching we still can't find the freeview channels. Any ideas? Thanks
