oil burner?

My reillo oil burner will only start when you hold in the reset button. I have changed the injectors and the control box and cleaned the photo electric cell, but still no change. I can turn the boiler off from the time clock but it just won't start from the clock. Should I just think about changing the burner or is there another option. The burner is around ten years old.
