Mend DAF Trucks Cut Wire Lights

i cut a wire on my trailer while the hazard lights were on i frepaired it and now still cant get them to work no blown fuse i took it down to daf trucks and they said i could have blown the vic is this poosable

you have checked all the fuses ,not just the hazard and indicator fuses?.as there are other fuses that control the indicators/hazards.i can't comment on what the dealer has said afterall i take it they have plugged in davie and looked at it
