Please could someone help with immobiliser problem with 2006 Nissan Almera?

I have been through "a lot of money", and noone got it right. One morning 2 months ago the car wouldn't start and just kept cranking. Next day started and so it went on until "AUto Electrician???" says its the NATS5 immobiliser and he doesn't know how to disconnect it.

I printed a page off the internet that gave the instructions:, in brief, turn ignition key on/off 6 times then off. Press open button on remote at the same time press close 3x, and then release open button...worked once. Now remote key not working. I am desperate, as alone, and only means of getting around.

Would so appreciate your advice.
