how do i void a transaction on a sharp xe-a106?

My XE-A106 keyboard is frozen. The last transaction is still on the screen. Register will not void or clear. Cash drawer will not open, and receipt paper will not print.

Turn the key to VOID mode and enter price and department for the items to be removed like a negative sale.
