Mend Hisense HJA6100 Refrigerator Freezer Repair

my hja6100 fridge freezer has stoped working it?

my hja6100 fridge freezer has stoped working it is 15 months old. the water filter froze and broke open, and most things in the lower part of the fridge froze also. we emptyed the contents an left the doors open to thaw out overnight and then swiched back on this morning and it is still not down to temprature. help please :(

why would a plumber be able to fix a fridge/freezer you need a refrigeration engineer.

yes it did work,even though my other fan was working...job done

did changing the fan solve the problem as i got same problem

Mine has done the same, this is the second one the first one had the same fault and was replaced.

Mine has done exactly the same thing, and most plumbers aren't interested in a call out to a fridge freezer of this "American" style.

miners just done same, had engineer out, needs new circulating fan, mines still under warrinty so leaving it to them.
