how do i empty a water tank in the attic?

i have a combi boiler and no longer have use for a water tank in the attic, but how do i empty the water tank?

simple!
Put a garden hose in to the tank and then hang it out a window once you have given it a good suck!!!!
It will then syphon away.Job done
