how do i fix fiesta 1225cc zetec head with burnt out valves ?

My 1998 fiesta 1225cc zetec has burnt out valves on head. How do I fix It

remove the head and then remove the valves and replace.you will need to reseat the new valves in to the head.not a 5 min job!
