need to fix my Redring Expressions 500S shower unit?
Good Evening, I had a new redring expressions 5005 shower unit fitted. It has worked perfectly for about a year. Over the past few weeks it has started banging when turned on and the water flows in fits and starts. It has got progressively worse to the stage where it now only bangs and the power-on switch switches off.
Just had exactly the problem you describe and fixed it by replacing the power on/off delay pcb (£21.00). I was advised that a power surge probably damaged it and that we should switch the shower off at the power cord when it is not in use.
