How can I fixmy Grass Trimmer?

The details on the Trimmer reads as follows: Gardenline Trimmer LWA 96dB - 09/2007 EAN Cod 2512 - 7836 PLU No 513. Einhell UK/36 230C 50HZ

I have lost the protector cap which was over the spool. How do I buy one and also I need advice whether I should buy a new spool because the thread seems to be coming to an end. It reads re-usable.
