Mend Whirlpool 665.16765690 Not Spray Water

interior sray arms of dishwasher will not spray water?

interior spray arms of dishwasher will not spray water.
If you remove top spray arm, water will spray up from bottom sray arm, but only when you remove a screw driver holding the door switch in the operate position and it sprays a sudden burst and stops. Unit fills and drains just fine. kenmore model 665 16765690
