corsa tuning?

hi can my corsa c 1.2 be tuned at a engine tuning center or not i have heard that these cars cant be tuned because they are electric all sensers tell the ecu how much fuel to burn i have drove wifes corsa and it is crap on fuel no clutch slipping or faults to report thanks
