Hey guys, looking at your previous questions in regards to this issue I'm hoping you can help. I have a 97' Astra, The central locking sysyem has completly siezed up, the key will not turn, I was able to get my hand on the lock and it will still not pop up. I'm thinking if I reset the system it will revert back. one problem... can't get to the battery ( bonnet closed ). love to hear some opinions. Thanks.
tried the wd40, no joy. actually broke the key in the lock. still open to all opinions. thanks though.

you could try a spray with wd40 to help free it,is your key worn,try the spare if you have one,if the ign.barrell isnt popping up when your key is removed your central locking will be affected,have a go and good luck
