NIssan micra auto o3 plate jumps?

my car is showing a afault code po745 and when i ask around its the gear solenoids but no one stocks them and a garage wants a fortunne to fix. The car jumps a little ging up the hill i excellerate to fast but once the car is warm its a lesser issue.
