Dead Prima dishwasher?

Dead dishwasher? I have an Prima LXP600 dishwasher that doesn't work - no power light, no beeps, no anything. I've changed the fuse and used different power sockets. Is there anything that I can investigate, or alternatively is it likely to worth calling an engineer? The machine looks almost unused (was in a repossessed house that I bought, so no history), so I'd like to think that it's got some life left in it!
